This programme is for those who need long-term support to manage specific symptoms and want to address issues with regular 1:1 support. This option is ideal if you are ready to make nutritional changes to achieve better physical or mental health outcomes with regular continued help and coaching. Sometimes we find ourselves with medical complaints that will benefit enormously from nutritional support, and I can help you along the way to achieve some significant beneficial results. I hope to get to the bottom of the root cause of your symptoms, with the help of functional testing, and transform your health.

How I Work
My packages are designed to deliver realistic and sustainable changes that will help you maintain healthy habits that last. Once you have booked a consultation I will send you a medical questionnaire and a diet dairy for you to complete. I will devise a nutrition plan for you, considering your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes.
During the consultation, I will assess your past and present health, review each body system, and consider your family history, and your current eating and lifestyle habits. This enables me to identify the root cause of your symptoms and health concerns. We will consider what kind of functional testing could be of benefit to you, for peace of mind and to get faster outcomes. Then I work on your personalised plan which may include nutritional adjustments, lifestyle suggestions, recipes, resources and supplements that I feel may be beneficial.

After the first consultation and delivery of the nutritional plan, we will meet many more times for approximately 30 minutes to discuss strategies. In the following weeks, we will review your progress and explore strategies for your continued health improvement, celebrate your successes and, if required, make additions and amendments to the plan.
This ongoing support helps to keep you on the straight and narrow and focused on your goals. I aim to transform your health.
